Yes, correct on the cap price protection plan and the lock in number is $5.29 so if you had that plan as of today the lower price for example would be that new $4.80 per gallon number and that’s what you would pay. There is a 1-time fee that can be paid in two payments for the insurance on this plan.
The cap plan starts, and end dates are still the same, but we extended the plan past June 30th, 2022, but I just don’t have a new expiration date yet because we still have some gallons left in this plan.
That is still true we do have people taking the cap plan.
We can still mix it up as well if some want the cap and some want the Floating that’s not a problem.
I would still come out to every home to do a free evaluation of their heating and air conditioning system if they want and go over all the information with them as well.
I would still do the group meeting at like 5 or 5:30 if they wanted.
You and the group would receive a 2-year free none-binding service policy as part of the package that gives you 2 free cleanings 1 per year and a 15 percent discount off on all parts and labor with a $200.00 credit if you or the group had to change out a normal size oil tank in that 2-year time frame.
Our emergency service is with all our own in-house service staff never any sub-contractors.
Just as a reminder we are the only oil provider in the area delivering up to a B50 super plus Bioheat heating oil at no extra cost that is more environmentally friendly than Methane gas and ultra clean with it being more energy efficient that regular heating oil. This product is a blend of Ultra-low sulfur heating oil with renewable biodiesel made from organic and recycled products and check out our website at cubbyoil.com for more information on this product.
There is no need to change any equipment when you use the B50 super plus Bioheat heating oil.

The Floating price off the Market rate would be $5.49 per gallon today so that would be a 40 cent per gallon discount and with the market this can change, and this is all with automatic deliveries. Year 2 there would be a 22 cent per gallon discount.
The cap price protection plan would be $5.29 per gallon with a 1-time fee of $395.00 and this fee is an insurance so that you are always guaranteed to get the lowest price and what’s nice is that you don’t lose your discounts they would still apply with this plan.
The cap plan starts September 1st and ends May 31st, 2022.The cap rate is only good till June 30th, 2022, then we will still have the cap, but it will be a different number and probably higher.
There are a lot of people jumping on the cap plan this year more than any other year so we would need to do this very soon to be able to take advantage of that $5.29 number.
We can also mix it up so if some people want the cap and some want the floating rate that works for me.
When and if we move forward, I will come out to every home and do a free evaluation of the heating systems and go over all the information with them as well just in case I did not mention that in the past.
I can also do a group meeting if you wanted to say have it at your house or a central location after hours like at 5 or 5:30 so everyone can be there at once and talk to the group about Cubby and of course there would be no obligation to come on board.
Thank you

This info from Dana Lacopucci of Cubby Oil on Jun 7, 2022 5:09pm You would receive a 2-year free service policy with 2 free turn-ups 1 per year and a 15 percent discount off on all parts and labor with a $200.00 new oil tank credit if the tank had to be replaced in that 2-year time frame and 24-hour emergency service with all our own in-house service staff.
You would also receive 2 years of oil discounts off the market rate so in year 1 you would have a 32 cent per gallon discount and if you were getting oil from us today your price would be $5.57 per gallon and in year 2 you would have a 22 cent per gallon discount. This is all with automatic delivery only.
We also offer a cap price protection plan that will cap the rate at $5.29 a gallon and if the price goes up you would not pay more than $5.29 a gallon and your 32-cent discount still works with this plan. The 1-time fee of #395.00 that can be paid in 2 payments this buys you the insurance to always makes sure you get the lowest price if the price drops below the cap rate.

We do tune-ups for air conditioning systems and ductless splits and repairs and new installations on both as well. The cost of the tune-ups is for the regular air conditioning systems it would be $195.00 and any additional units $95.00 each. The ductless split would be $149.00, and each additional head would be $69.00, and we only do air conditioning tun-ups for the customer that buys oil from us.
